The Lowlands

The Lowlands is the term for the poorer part of Tiburon-Diente, somewhat of the city’s slum. It’s full of those who can’t afford the average life in the big city, but they make their own happy living “Underground” as their own civilization. They have their own companies, organizations, and everything else to run their own city, but they still rely on the things they get from Tiburon-Diente. They have no idea what the city is truly like or how beautiful or congruous it can be, and as a result they all have the wrong idea about it. They think it’s a place full of all rich and stuck-up people with no regard for the outside world.
